           Skegness tour

 

After last seasons fundraiser being so successful we are organising a tour to Skegness in April.

 

The cost of the tour will be 80 to 90 pounds and would be Friday and Saturday night come home Sunday, if we have large numbers we would have to hire a mini bus.  The cost of the mini bus has been calculated in the 80 to 90 pounds.

 

We will need at least 6 cyclists to do the sponsored ride from Leicester to Skegness so volunteers are required, please contact Ian Manning or  Russ Conolly for a sponsor form.

James is relatively new player but this year he has got better and better every week.

 

He scores most week from his position which is centre.

Clubhouse available for                        functions

 

Aylestonians are happy to play a role in the community, our clubhouse is available to rent for all types of functions, including weddings, birthdays, christenings, anniversarys and many more.

 

We have a fully licenced  well stocked bar and cooking facilities. The room can hold 90 to a hundred people making it ideal for most events.

Aylestonians is a rugby club playing in the heart of  Leicester. We have a range of players from beginners, students and old age professionals .We aim to play simple effective rugby every week of the season.  This small friendly club will always give a warm welcome to new players  and is always looking to recruit new talent no matter what level of rugby you played before.

So come down on a Saturday and see if we are the club for you.

             Stones go second

 

 

After another loss this week and without even playing in the league the stones moved to second place in the  league as Oakham didnt show to play coalville last week.

 

We really need to win all of the rest of the league matches so get down the club and get your kit on.
